              Includes NCGA membership.  CGC has 1 tournament/month

Associate Membership:  $75
             This new level of membership includes NCGA membership but
             excludes CGC tournament participation.  You can upgrade to
             full membership at any time by paying $25 (Regular) of $20 (Senior).
